耐磨陶瓷涂料Wear resistant ceramic coatings

耐磨陶瓷涂料是一种非金属胶凝材料,它是采用耐酸和耐碱的人工合成原料经严格的工艺配比和先进的无机聚合技术制成的一种粉状陶瓷材料。在施工现场,将特制液体无机胶水加入这种材料,采用人工或机械方式涂抹在设备内衬或表面,经过一系列的化学反应,在常温下3d后达到陶瓷的结合强度和硬度,故名耐磨陶瓷涂料。

耐磨陶瓷涂料特点:

1.具有极高的机械强度和钢度

陶瓷耐磨涂料主要由耐磨骨料、纳米金属微粉和特制溶液结合系统组成,密度非常大,无大的宏观缺陷,强度可达210Mpa 是一般混凝土和耐火浇注料无法企及的。可有效抵御物料的冲击力和剪切应力。

 

2.具有优良的韧性和抗震性

由于陶瓷耐磨料采用无定向刚纤维和定向网状增强措施,可有效防止冲击力造成的破损和剥落。

3.整体性好

由于耐磨陶瓷涂料采取了双重补强措施,膨胀系数低,使其体积稳定,不可能产生裂缝,因而整体性好。

 

4.耐高温性好

本涂层为耐高温无机涂层,可以用在铁、钢、铝、陶瓷、玻璃表面,广泛用于冶金、石油工业、天然气开采、航空航天等工业领域,最高可以耐1500℃甚至更高的温度。

其不仅耐高温,还有耐热冲击和耐磨等性能,通过涂层,可对金属表面,各种耐火材料表面进行表层改性,以达到提高基体材料的使用性能,同时节省能源,提高金属基体材料使用寿命1-2倍以上。

耐磨陶瓷涂料的适用范围:

可广泛应用于水泥、钢铁、火电、石化行业以及国防工业中很多物料强冲刷、强腐蚀、重磨损的部位。

In the construction site, the special liquid inorganic glue is added to this material, and is applied to the equipment lining or surface by artificial or mechanical means. After a series of chemical reactions, the bonding strength and hardness of ceramics are reached after 3 days at room temperature. Therefore, it is called wear-resistant ceramic coating.
Features of wear resistant ceramic coatings:

Due to the use of non-directional rigid fiber and directional mesh reinforcement measures, the ceramic wear-resistant materials can effectively prevent damage and spalling caused by impact force.
3. good integrity.
Because the wear-resistant ceramic coating adopts double reinforcing measures, the expansion coefficient is low, the volume of the coating is stable, cracks are impossible to occur, and the integrality is good.

4. high temperature resistance.
This coating is a high temperature resistant inorganic coating. It can be used on the surface of iron, steel, aluminum, ceramics, glass. It is widely used in metallurgy, petroleum industry, natural gas exploitation, aerospace and other industries. The highest temperature can be 1500 C or higher.
It can not only resist high temperature, but also heat shock and wear resistance.
